A decade on these waters, one boat at a time
We broker charters rather than own hulls. It means the shortlist follows what you asked for instead of what we need to fill — and it means we can say no to a boat when it stops being good enough.

Five things, in order
Every operational decision comes back to one of these, and they are ranked deliberately.
Safety before schedule
Where the two disagree, the itinerary loses. Every time, without discussion.
Authenticity over polish
Guides who educate rather than perform. Encounters, not spectacle.
Sustainability as basis
Local crew and provisioning, minimal-impact diving, waste handled properly.
Relationships, not scripts
Crew who know your preferences by day two and stop asking.
Transparent pricing
Itemised, with on-site fees named — and no charge that appears after you board.
Not owning boats is the method
Three things follow from it, and they are the reason the arrangement is worth having.
Four quick answers
Do you own the boats?
No, and we consider that a feature. We vet and book across the working Labuan Bajo fleet. Because we are not tied to filling our own hulls, the recommendation follows your requirements rather than our inventory.
Who are you part of?
Juara Holding Group, working out of Indonesia since 2015. Bookings are handled through Komodo Luxury within the group.
What happens if a vessel disappoints?
It comes off the shortlist. That is the whole value of not owning it — we have no reason to keep selling a boat that has slipped.
Can we meet before booking?
Yes. A video call before you commit, or in person in Labuan Bajo if you arrive a day or two early.
Ask us something specific
Vague enquiries get vague answers. Dates, group size and what matters most get a shortlist and a number.
