The indoor dining saloon of a phinisi

Bespoke · On top of the charter

The things nobody advertises

A chef aboard, a photographer working the light, a proposal timed to a swim stop. Arranged around the charter, quoted separately from it.

Five things we add

None of these replace a charter. They sit on top of one.

A table laid for dinner on deck Chef aboard

Private dining on deck

A set menu or a chef brought aboard, provisioned in Labuan Bajo before you sail.

Sunrise over the anchorage Light-first routing

Photography trips

The route ordered around the light rather than the timetable. Worth a night at anchor.

What to send

Four things that unblock everything

With these four we can quote almost anything without a second round of questions.

01

Dates and group size

And whether the trip is a day charter or an overnight.

02

The occasion

Anniversary, birthday, proposal, milestone trip — if there is one.

03

Add-ons you already want

Diving, a photographer, a specific dinner. Even a rough idea helps.

04

Anything the crew should know

Dietary requirements, mobility, allergies, and what should stay a surprise.

Park entry permits apply to any itinerary inside the national park and are paid on-site, whatever is added on top.

Before you ask

Six quick answers

Can you arrange a private chef on board?

Yes. The chef provisions in Labuan Bajo before departure — there is no shop after that, so menus and dietary needs are agreed in advance.

Do I need to be certified to add diving?

No. A Discover Scuba dive takes a beginner down supervised, and snorkellers use the same boat and the same sites.

Can you set up a proposal without my partner finding out?

Yes, and we do it regularly. Correspondence goes to one person only, and the crew is briefed separately on the day.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks for most add-ons. A photographer or a full dining setup in peak season wants longer.

Do park permits affect add-ons?

They apply to the itinerary, not the add-on. Any route inside the park carries park and ranger fees, paid on-site.

Do you operate the boats yourselves?

No. We are a broker inside the Juara Holding Group and we say so on the quote where a vessel or a supplier is third-party operated.

Tell us the idea

Even a half-formed one. We will tell you honestly whether it works on the water, and what it costs.
