The crew lined up on the foredeck of a chartered phinisi

What the desk does

The part you never see

Booking a boat is the easy half. Route design, provisioning, permits and the crew briefing are what make the week work.

The desk

Four things we handle

The vessel handles the sailing. This is everything either side of it.

01

Itinerary design

Anchorages ordered around tide, ranger scheduling and your priorities — not a template route sold to everyone.

02

Provisioning and galley

Menus agreed before departure, allergies and dietary restrictions passed to the galley in writing.

03

Crew briefing

The crew knows who is aboard, what the occasion is and what matters, before you step on.

04

Permits and clearance

Park permits and harbour clearance arranged so nothing waits on paperwork on the morning.

Before you ask

Five quick answers

Do you own the yachts you charter?

No. We are a broker inside the Juara Holding Group. We match and book vetted vessels, and where one is third-party operated we say so on the quote.

Are permits and park fees included?

Permits and harbour clearance are arranged by us. Park and ranger conservation fees are paid on-site and itemised separately.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes. Tell us at booking rather than on board — the galley provisions in Labuan Bajo before departure, and there is no shop after that.

What happens if weather changes the route?

The captain decides on the day and we reorder the anchorages around it. Sea state, not the itinerary, has the final say.

How far ahead should we book?

For the full service to be in place, two to four weeks is comfortable. Peak season vessels go earlier than that.

Tell us what the trip is for

A honeymoon, a dive week and a family reunion are three different boats and three different routes. Say which, and the rest follows.
