A table laid for dinner on the deck of a phinisi

What you do out there

The boat gets you to the anchorage. What happens once you are there is the part worth planning — diving, a ceremony on the bow, a dinner at dusk.

How it fits together

The layer above the charter

These are added to a charter, not booked instead of one.

01

Book the boat first

Trip length and group size set which vessels are even possible. Everything else follows that.

02

Tell us the occasion

A dive week, a honeymoon and a corporate retreat are three different routes on three different boats.

03

We brief the crew

Timing, dietary needs and anything that should be a surprise, passed on before you board.

04

It gets itemised

Add-ons are quoted separately from the charter so you can see what each one costs.

Park and ranger conservation fees apply to any itinerary inside the national park, whatever is added on top.

Before you ask

Four quick answers

Can experiences be added to any charter?

Most can. Diving needs a vessel set up for it, and a seated dinner for thirty needs a boat with the deck space — tell us at enquiry and we shortlist accordingly.

Do you run these yourselves?

We arrange them. Diving goes through licensed local operators, catering through the vessel galley or a chef we bring aboard. Where a third party runs it, we say so.

How far ahead should we book an add-on?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most. A wedding setup or a photographer in peak season wants longer.

Can you keep a proposal a secret?

Yes, and we do it regularly. Correspondence goes to one person only and the crew is briefed separately on the day.

The desk is open

Tell us what the day is for

The occasion decides the boat, the route and the hour you leave. Say which, and we build the rest around it.
