Can I charter a phinisi for just one day?
Yes. Day-use phinisi run the standard Komodo loop with a shaded deck and a slower pace than a speedboat.
How many people fit on a private phinisi?
Overnight, four to sixteen depending on length — berths set the limit. Day charters carry more, up to about twenty to thirty on a large boat.
Is a phinisi suitable for diving?
Many are, with a dive deck and tanks aboard. Tell us at enquiry and we shortlist only vessels set up for it.
When is the best time to charter?
April to October runs calmest, with 18–30 m visibility. February and March carry swell caution. Indicative, as of 2026.
